Very easy to work with. On my car, the previous owner must have ripped off the tints on the back window leaving the gluey substance to bake in the car and harden and it was impossible to get off. I received a call stating so to see what I wanted to do and I just said to move forward with the tinting. Very transparent and honest guy. I at first had some problems with my tint. Dale was extremely nice and friendly and redid all my windows. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Prices are comparable to other places but Cadasse will have better service.
